Zoe Miller and Carina Jordan, both from World Champions Centre in Spring, Texas qualified to the Nastia Liukin Cup from the Lady Luck Invitational in Las Vegas, Nevada this weekend.
Miller, the junior qualifier, posted the highest all around score out of all 162 level 10s at the meet with a 38.500. Her stand out event was on the uneven bars where she posted a 9.825. This is Miller’s third season as a level 10 and finished fifth on vault at last year’s JO National Championships. This will be her first appearance at the Nastia Liukin Cup.
Senior qualifier Carina Jordan won the all around in her age division with a 37.775 as well as the bars title with a 9.650 and floor with a 9.550. This is Jordan’s fifth season as a level 10 and her first time competing at the Nastia Liukin Cup.
