Teagan Aulick got her start in gymnastics at the age of seven. Teagan had participated in mommy and me classes when she was two and while she did show interest, she was also interested in other sports like soccer, dance, and basketball. However, at the age of seven, Teagan decided she wanted to focus on gymnastics and was invited to join the Xcel bronze team at First in Flight Gymnastics and six weeks later was invited to join the Xcel silver team.

Teagan began competing as an Xcel silver in January 2019. At her first meet, The Gala, Teagan won the vault title and came in third in the all around. Two months later at the North Carolina State Championships, Teagan finished in the top ten on vault, bars, floor, and in the all around.

Following her 2019 Xcel silver season, Teagan switched over to the developmental program to compete level 3 during the fall 2019 season. At her first meet as a level 3, the EDGE Invitational, Teagan came home with silver medals on vault, beam, and in the all around. Teagan won another silver medal in the all around at her next meet, Lights, Camera, Action! In December at the North Carolina State Championships, Teagan had a fantastic competition, winning the bars title with a 9.850, taking second on vault with a 9.800, and third on floor and in the all around with a 38.650.

Teagan began her 2020 level 4 season at the Tampa Bay Turners Invite where se came in the top five on vault, floor, and in the all around. Unfortunately, following this meet, Teagan got injured and was unable to continue her season. Teagan tested out of level 5 in November 2020 at Crown of the Carolinas where in addition to testing out of level 5, she won the vault and floor titles.

Teagan began her optional career in January 2021 at the Atlanta Crown Invite. Here, Teagan came in second on beam and third on vault and floor. Two months later at the North Carolina State Championships, Teagan finished in the top ten on bars and floor. From state, Teagan qualified to the Region 8 Championships where she concluded her season with an eighth place finish on vault.

Competing level 8 during the 2022 season, Teagan began her season at the Star Struck Invitational where she finished fifth in the all around.

Currently, Teagan trains 24 hours per week under coach Travol Williams at First in Flight Gymnastics. Teagan's goal for her 2022 season is to place first in the all around at a meet and score above a 9.40 on beam. In the future, Teagan hopes to earn a college scholarship for gymnastics.
