Paige Kaminski got her start in gymnastics at the age of three as she had a lot of energy as a kid and was always climbing and jumping on furniture. Her parents thought gymnastics was a good way to channel some of that energy. Paige fell in love with gymnastics from the start and was eventually invited to join the team program at Sunrise Gymnastics Academy.

Paige began competing in January 2014 as a level 3. At her first meet, Battle of Champions, Paige came in third on vault. In March at the Ohio State Championships, Paige earned the bronze medal on beam and finished seventh all around. As a level 4 in 2015, Paige won the vault title and came in fifth on floor at the Ohio State Championships.

Following her 2015 level 4 season, Paige began training at New Heights Gymnastics. Paige tested out of level 5 and began her optional career in December 2015 at The Cup. Here, Paige finished in the top 10 on beam and floor. At her next meet, the Gym Worlds Rock-n-Roll Classic, Paige came in second on floor and in the all around as well as third on bars and beam. Two months later at the Ohio State Championships, Paige finished fourth on floor and fifth on vault, concluding her season.

Paige began her 2016-2017 level 7 season at Gymnastics on the Grand where she won the floor and all around titles. The next month at the CGA Coaches Spectacular, Paige won the vault, floor, and all around titles. Paige won the all around title at one more meet before she competed at the Ohio State Championships. At state, Paige won the floor title, earned a silver medal in the all around, and a bronze medal on beam. From state, Paige qualified to her first Region 5 Championships where she concluded her season with her best performance. Here, Paige won the floor title and came in second on vault, beam, and in the all around.

Competing level 8 during the 2017-2018 season, Paige began her season at Gymnastics on the Grand where she finished third on vault and in the all around. Paige had one of her best meets of her season at Luau In Leos - Kalahari Invite. Here, Paige won the vault title, came in third on floor with a 9.800 and second all around with a 37.975. One week later at the Ohio State Championships, Paige earned a silver medal on floor as well as a bronze medal on vault. For a second year, Paige qualified to the Region 5 Championships where she had a fantastic competition, winning the vault and all around titles as well as a second place finish on floor.

After her level 8 season, Paige began training at Gym America. Paige began her 2018-2019 level 9 season at Gymnastics on the Grand where she won the vault title and came in second all around. At Gymnastics on the Grand, Paige qualified to event finals where she earned the silver medal on vault. In January at the Wolverine Classic, Paige won the vault title and came in second in the all around. Two months later at the Michigan State Championships, Paige won the vault title and came in fifth in the all around. At the Region 5 Championships, Paige won the vault with and finished seventh all around, qualifying to represent Region 5 at the Eastern Championships. Paige concluded her season at the Eastern Championships with a fifth place finish on vault.

Competing a second season of level 9 during the 2019-2020 season, Paige began her season at Gymnastics on the Grand. Although she only competed bars at this meet, Paige won the gold medal. In January at the Wolverine Classic, Paige won the vault title, came in second on beam and in the all around, and took third on bars. Paige was able to compete three more meets before the season was canceled due to COVID-19.

Paige began her first season as a level 10 in January 2021 at Battle of Champions. Here, Paige earned a bronze medal on vault. Paige had a strong season and concluded her year at the Michigan State Championships with top 10 finishes on vault and beam.

Currently, Paige trains 20 hours per week under coaches Claudia Kretchmer, Brian Zook, and Shauna MacMillan at Gym America. Paige's goal for her 2022 season is to qualify for level 10 nationals. In the future, Paige hopes to earn a college scholarship to a division 1 school for gymnastics.
