Logan Tupa got her start in gymnastics at just 18 months as she was always doing pull ups on shopping carts and stroller bars. People complimented Logan's strength and said she should be put in gymnastics. Logan loved being in the gym from the start and began competing in March 2019 as a level 4 with Flips Gymnastics. Logan competed one meet as a level 4 where she finished in the top ten on bars. During the summer of 2019, Logan participated in TOPs State Testing and went on to make TOPs National Testing as one of the top 100 eight year olds in the country.
Logan began her optional career in December 2019 as a level 6 at the Peppermint Twist meet. Here, Logan came in eighth on bars. At her next meet, Twisted Moose, Logan earned a silver medal on floor and bronze medal on bars. Logan was able to compete one more meet during the 2020 season at the Northern Lights Classic before the remainder of the season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. At the Northern Lights Classic, Logan finished second on floor and fourth on bars.
As a level 7 in 2021, Logan began her season at Legacy Luau. Two weeks later at the Gina Morri Invitational, Logan finished in the top ten on beam. In March, Logan concluded her season at the Minnesota State Championships where she came home with a bronze medal on floor. During the summer of 2021, Logan once again participated in TOPs State Testing and made it to National Testing. From National Testing, Logan made the TOPs National A Team as one of the top 45 8-10 year olds in the country.
Logan kicked off her 2022 level 8 season at the Dells Safari Invite with a fourth place finish on floor. Logan continued to improve throughout the season and finished her season with a fourth place finish on bars at the Minnesota State Championships.
Currently, Logan trains 20 hours per week under Bart and Lori Rokowski and Theresa Jackson at Flips Gymnastics. In the future, Logan's goal is to qualify Hopes and then Junior Elite.
