Klaudia Heiber got her start in gymnastics at the age of two in mommy and me classes to burn off some of her energy. Klaudia loved being in the gym from the beginning and progressed through the classes as she got older. By the age of six, Klaudia was invited to join the team program at DeVeau's School of Gymnastics.
Klaudia began competing in December 2018 as a level 2. At her first meet, The North Pole, Klaudia finished in the top ten on bars, floor, and in the all around. In March at the Indiana North State Championships, Klaudia came in seventh on bars and floor. Klaudia competed a second season of level 2 in 2020. At her first meet of the season, Wabash Valley Classic, Klaudia won the bars and all around titles and came in second on beam and floor. Two months later at the Indiana North State Championships, Klaudia won the bars title and finished second on floor and in the all around.
As a level 3 in 2021, Klaudia kicked off her season at Circle of Stars. Here, Klaudia won the vault, bars, and all around titles. Throughout the remainder of the season, Klaudia finished in the top two on floor and in the all around and went undefeated on bars. In March at the Indiana State Championships, Klaudia won the bars, beam, floor, and all around titles.
Competing level 4 during the 2021-2022 season, Klaudia began her season at the GI Gymnast Invitational where she earned a silver medal on floor and bronze medals on vault and in the all around. At her next two meets, Klaudia won the bars and all around titles. In February she competed at the Walk of Fame Classic and won bronze medals on vault, bars and beam.
Currently, Klaudia trains 12 hours per week at DeVeau's School of Gymnastics under coaches Catie Green and Taylor Smith. Klaudia's goal for her 2022 season is to win another state title and move on to optionals at the end of the season. In the future, Klaudia hopes to earn a college scholarship for gymnastics and then eventually coach gymnastics.
