Kendall Flower started gymnastics at the age of eight, and in one month was moved to pre-team. Four months after being on pre-team, Kendall was asked to join level 4. Kendall began competing level 4 with USA Gymnastics World during the winter/spring 2016 season. At the 2016 Utah State Championships, Kendall took home the gold on vault, bars, and in the all around.
After her level 4 season, Kendall began training at Olympus Gymnastics and competed level 5 during the 2017 season. At the 2017 Utah State Championships, Kendall won the floor title and placed third all around. Kendall began her 2018 level 7 season at the Tampa Bay Turners Invitational where she placed first on vault and in the all around. Kendall continued to improve throughout the season and won the floor title and placed second all around at the Utah State Championships. Kendall completed her 2018 level 7 season in the state team session of the Region 1 Championships. Kendall had a great meet in a tough age division and placed in the top 10 on vault, beam, floor, and in the all around.
Currently, Kendall trains 20 hours per week under coaches Kyra and JD at Olympus Gymnastics. Kendall is a straight A student and her ultimate goal is to earn a college scholarship for gymnastics to a Division 1 school.
