Keira Rinke got her start in gymnastics at the age of eight as she was full of energy and was always jumping around the place as a young child and her pediatrician suggested gymnastics. Keira took to the sport right away and was soon invited to join the team program with Three Rivers Gymnastics.
Keira began competing in November 2017 as a level 3. Keira competed through the spring of 2018 and had her best meet for her season at The Sweet Meet where she finished in the top ten on all four events. Keira also qualified to the North Dakota State Championships where she concluded her season with a strong competition.
Following her 2017-2018 level 3 season, Keira began training at American Gold Gymnastics. Keira competed a second season of level 3 during the 2018-2019 season and began her season at the Flippin' in the Fall Invitational where she finished in the top ten on vault. Unfortunately, the remainder of Keira's season was cut short due to COVID-19.

Throughout the remainder of the season, Keira finished in the top two in the all around at each of her meets.
