At the age of two, Grace was taken to a mommy and me class with her twin sister, Emerson, but they were so energetic that it was too hard to handle for their mom. Once they were three and could be on their own, Grace and Emerson were enrolled in a gymnastics class. Grace began competed in 2014 as a level 3 at the age of six with Paramount Elite Gymnastics. Grace made it to the SoCal North State Championships where she placed second on bars and fourth all around. As a level 4 in 2015, Grace won the bars title and placed second on vault at North State. During the summer of 2016, Grace participated in TOPs Testing and made it to National Testing. She was later named to the TOPs National B Team. Grace competed level 5 in 2016 and at the Wonder Girl Cup, she won the bars, floor, and all around titles and got to take home the Wonder Girl cape! At state, Grace placed third on vault.

Grace’s optional career began in 2017 as a level 7 and at her first meet of the season, the OC Classic, she won the bars title and placed fifth all around. Grace continued to improve throughout the season and made it to the Region 1 Championships where she finished second on bars and fifth all around. During the summer, Grace participated in TOPs Testing again. She made the TOPs National B Team.

Grace opened up her 2018 level 8 season at the California Grand Invitational where she won the bars title. Two weeks later, Grace traveled to Phoenix, Arizona with her team to compete in the Fiesta Bowl National Elite Qualifier. It was a great experience for Grace. In the middle of the level 8 season, Grace went to another national qualifier and earned her Hopes 10-11 compulsory score. Just a week after the qualifier, Grace competed at the SoCal State Championships where she won the vault title and placed third on floor. Grace qualified to the Region 1 Championships and had a solid meet there. Grace closed her 2018 season at the Auburn National Elite Qualifier where she placed second on bars and had a great meet.

Currently, Grace trains 29 hours per week under coaches Sarah Korngold and Liang Zhou at Paramount Elite Gymnastics. In the future, Grace hopes to qualify Hopes and Elite. She also is aiming to earn a college scholarship for gymnastics.
