Elizabeth Hale got her start in gymnastics at 16 months old in mommy and me classes. Elizabeth loved being in the gym from the start and continued to work her way through pre-school classes and pre-team and was eventually invited to join the team program at MJ Elite Gymnastics. Elizabeth began competing in December 2019 as a level 2. At her first meet, the Music City Invitational, Elizabeth came in third on beam. At her next meet, the OZONE Invitational, Elizabeth came home with gold medals on vault and floor as well as a silver in the all around. Elizabeth competed GotScored virtual meets for her state and regional meets and went on to win the all around titles at both meets.
Following her 2019-2020 level 2 season, Elizabeth tested out of level 3 and began her level 4 season at the Music City Invitational in December 2020. Here, Elizabeth finished in the top 10 on all events and in the all around. In March at the Tennessee State Championships, Elizabeth came in sixth on bars and eighth all around.
Elizabeth kicked off her 2021-2022 season as a level 4 at the Music City Invitational, here, she placed top 5 on vault, beam and floor. Elizabeth continued to improve throughout her season. In February she competed in Daytona at the Daytona Beach Open placing top 5 in the all around.
Currently, Elizabeth trains 19 hours per week under coaches Christina Brieanne, Logan Hemontolor, and Craig Stott at MJ Elite Gymnastics. Elizabeth's goal for her 2022 season is to get all of her skills for her level 5 season. In the future, Elizabeth's goal to to earn a college scholarship for gymnastics.
