Audrey Snyder got her start in gymnastics at the age of two in mommy and me classes. Audrey loved the sport right away and began to quickly progress as she got older. Audrey began competing in 2015 as a level 3 with 1st Class Gymnastics in Maryland. At her very first meet, Audrey brought home gold medals on vault, beam, and in the all around. Audrey continued to have a great level 3 season and finished second on floor with a 9.700 at the Maryland State Championships.

The following season, Audrey competed level 4. At her first meet of the season, the Maryland Judges Invitational, Audrey won the bars, floor, and all around titles. Throughout the rest of the season, Audrey finished in the top two in the all around at every meet and went on to win the bars, beam, floor, and all around titles at state. During the summer, Audrey participated in TOPs Testing and made it to TOPs National Testing from which she made the TOPs National B Team.

Audrey began her optional career in November 2016 as a level 7 at the Maryland Judges Invitational finishing first on bars, second in the all around, and third on beam. Audrey concluded her level 7 season in March at the Maryland State Championships where she brought home gold medals on floor and in the all around as well as a bronze on bars.

Competing level 8 during the 2017-2018 season, Audrey kicked off her season at the CAG Winter Island Getaway Invitational and finished first on bars as well as second on vault and in the all around. Later in the season at state, Audrey brought home a gold medal on beam with a 9.700 and qualified to the Region 7 Championships. Audrey finished up her season at regionals, bringing home the floor title and finishing third on bars and beam. In June, Audrey competed in the Brestyan's National Elite Qualifier and finished second on beam. During this season, Audrey also attended Developmental Invite Camps.

Following the 2018 season, Audrey began training at First State Gymnastics in Delaware. Audrey began her season at the Parkettes Elite Compulsory Qualifier where she earned her Hopes 10-11 compulsory score. Audrey competed two meets of level 8, both of which she finished second in the all around, and then competed level 9 for two meets. In February, Audrey competed in the Buckeye National Elite Qualifier where she won all four events and the all around and surpassed her Hopes 10-11 optional qualifying score by over two points. At the beginning of March, Audrey competed in the KPAC Cup National Elite Qualifier and earned a 49.100 in the all around, the highest Hopes 10-11 all around score of the season. One week later, Audrey competed as a level 8 at the Delaware State Championships where she finished first on beam and in the all around as well as second on vault. Audrey then went on to compete at the Region 7 Championships and won the vault title. In June, Audrey competed in the Auburn National Elite Qualifier and finished first on floor as well as second on beam and in the all around.

After qualifying to the Hopes Classic back in February, Audrey competed at the Hopes Classic at the end of June. Here, Audrey had a great meet and finished third on vault and eighth all around in the 10-11 division, qualifying to the Hopes Championships. Audrey concluded her season one month later at the Hopes Championships with a fantastic performance, placing third on beam and earning medals on floor and in the all around.

Currently, Audrey trains 33 hours per week under coaches Slava Glazounov & Brooke Parker at First State Gymnastics. Audrey's goal for the 2020 season is to qualify to the Hopes Championships and finish in the top six in the all around for the second year in a row. In the future, Audrey hopes to earn a spot on the US National Team and represent Team USA at the Olympics.
