Biography
Annderson Goodnight got her start in gymnastics at 20 months old in mommy and me classes. Annderson loved being in gymnastics from the beginning and as she got older she progressed through the classes and was invited to join the team program at InterActive Academy.
As a level 2 in 2021, Annderson began her season at the Once Upon A Time Meet where she earned silver medals on vault and in the all around. Throughout the season, Annderson finished in the top two in the all around at each of her meets and in the top three on all four events. In April at the NGA Indiana State Championships, Annderson scored a perfect 10.0 on bars and won the vault, bars, beam, and all around titles with a huge 38.650. From state, Annderson qualified to compete at NGA Nationals in June. Here, Annderson finished her season sweeping all four events and the all around.
Following her 2021 level 3 season, Annderson tested out of level 4. Annderson competed her first meet as a level 5 during the 2022 season at the Once Upon a Time Meet. Here, Annderson came home with a bronze medal on vault and fifth place finish in the all around.
Annderson started her 2022 season at the Once Upon a Time meet where she won a bronze medal on vault.
Currently, Annderson trains 14 hours per week under coach Tracy Dunn at InterActive Academy. Annderson hopes to soon get her giants and toe circles. In the future, Annderson hopes to represent Team USA at the 2032 Olympics and earn a college scholarship for gymnastics.
