The marquee event of the 2018 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships took place Thursday with the most prestigious medal on the line, the title of World all-around champion.

Reigning Rio 2016 Olympic all-around gold-medalist Simone Biles picked up her fourth World all-around championship while the next five athletes were all within two-tenths of one-another.
